`Pursuant to 37 CPR. §§42.6, 42.63, Petitioner McClinton Energy Group
`
`(“MEGCO”) requests that the Board accept the attached exhibit 1025 to its Inter
`
`Partes Review Petition (Trial No. 2013—23 1) as being submitted on April 2, 2013.
`
`Exhibit 1025 is a DVD containing a video file that was listed on the exhibit list
`
`submitted with MEGCO’S petition. MEGCO could not submit the video file
`
`through the PRPS system because it is larger than 25MB and is not a PDF or
`
`IVIPEG file. http://www.uspto.gov/ip/boards/bpai/pips.jsp (PRPS filing
`
`instructions). MEGCO’s petition and the other exhibits were transmitted to the
`
`Board on April 2, 2013 Via the PRPS system. MEGCO also served a copy of
`
`exhibit 1025 on the Patent Owner’s correspondence address (along with the
`
`
`
`
`
`remainder of the Petition) on April 2, 2013. A copy of the slip—sheet included with
`
`the April 2, 2013 filing is attached to this motion.
`
`Based on the foregoing, MEGCO requests that the Board accept Exhibit
`
`1025 has having an April 2, 2013 filing date. Respectfully submitted,
