`A conference call was held on March 20, 2014, between counsel for the
`
`
`
`parties and Judges Medley, Petravick, and Zecher. Counsel for both parties jointly
`
`initiated the conference call to request that we reschedule the oral argument
`
`originally set for May 22, 2014 (i.e., Due Date 7 (Paper 17)). Counsel for both
`
`parties indicated that they are involved in related district court litigation in the
`
`Southern District of Texas and there is a hearing in the related district court
`
`litigation that is set for May 21 and 22, 2014. Counsel for both parties requested
`
`that Due Date 7 be rescheduled prior to May 22, 2014, preferably sometime during
`
`the first full week in May. Based on these facts and current status of this
`
`proceeding, the parties’ joint request to reschedule the oral argument is granted,
`
`and Due Date 7, the date of the oral argument, is reset to May 8th, 2014.
