`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.64(b)(1), petitioner Sony Corporation (“Sony”)
`
`hereby objects to the admissibility of Exhibit YRD-2004 (Declaration of Robert
`
`Gerrity submitted as Exhibit YRD-2001 in IPR2013-00327) and Exhibit YRD-2005
`
`(Declaration of Vered Levy-Ron submitted as Exhibit YRD-2002 in IPR2013-00327)
`
`in their entireties as not relevant, prejudicial and inadmissible under Federal Rules of
`
`Evidence (“FRE”) 401, 402 and 403. Sony further objects to paragraphs 4 and 6-9 of
`
`Exhibit YRD-2005 under FRE 801 as including hearsay and inadmissible under FRE
`
`802-807, and further under FRE 602 as including statements not based on personal
`
`knowledge.
