` 参加者：松下（慶大）、木下（NTT）、岡田（慶大）、根本（NEC）、椎尾（玉川大）、佐藤（東北大）、

`２．概要
`２．１ 前回議事録
`・法人賛助会員については別途、趣意書を用意する（山上、岡田）／法人賛助会員への資料送付は松下研で当
`面行う（合意）
`・学会についてはVR学会では「仮想都市空間」となっているが、仮想都市（サイバースペース）とし、頃を
`見て、サイバースペース研究会として、投稿などをしやすくする。英語はSIG‐CyberSpaceとする。（合意）

`２．２ 第２回研究準備状況報告書
`・印刷に関しては別刷の最低部数、価格について三協印刷に確認する（椎尾）
`・印刷は一元化するため、三協印刷とし、研究会での印刷単位は１００部とする（合意）
`・入会申込書を登録担当の山上から印刷担当の椎尾委員へ送付する（合意）
`・データシートは出せば収入になるはず（岡田）／データシートについては６月の段階ではVR学会では出さ
`ないことになっていた。学情、VR学会に再度確認する（山上）
`・VR学会への問い合わせメールアドレスを担当委員に連絡する（山上）
`・著作権については資料通りで承認。もし、VR学会から別の規定が指定されればそれを盛り込む。（合意）
