`A telephone conference was held on February 25, 2014. The participants
`
`were respective counsel for the parties and Judge Lee. The subject matter of
`
`discussion was the overlap between claim construction issues and certain prior art
`
`in this proceeding and in IPR2013-00137, IPR2013-00138, and IPR2013-00139.
`

`
`At the suggestion of the Board, the parties agreed to conduct the final
`
`hearing in all four proceedings as a single consolidated hearing, even though four
`
`
`
`
`

`separate sessions have been scheduled, one for each proceeding, such that any
`
`
`
`representation made by counsel at the consolidated hearing is applicable to and
`
`useable in all proceedings which have underlying basis for the representation.

`However, any representation unique to each proceeding may be presented only
`
`during a session corresponding to that representation.
`
`As is currently scheduled, the session scheduled for 10:00 AM on February
`
`26, 2014, corresponds to IPR2013-00133; the session scheduled for 2:00 PM on
`
`February 26, 2014, corresponds to IPR2013-00139; the session scheduled for
`
`10:00 AM on February 27, 2014, corresponds to IPR2013-00138; and the session
`
`scheduled for 2:00 PM on February 27, 2014, corresponds to IPR2013-00137.

`ORDERED that a consolidated final oral hearing will be conducted for
`
`IPR2013-00133, IPR2013-00137, IPR2013-00138, and IPR2013-00139, as
`
`outlined above.
