`A conference call was held on January 14, 2013 involving:

`The purpose of the conference call was to discuss defects in the petition.
`
`The Board explained the defects and the need to correct the noted defects. Since

`the petition appears to comply with the statutory requirements, the Board also
`
`noted that the petition will be accorded a filing date.
`
`Accordingly, a notice requiring corrections will be issued giving Petitioner

`five business days to file a revised petition. The notice will provide a list of the
`
`noted defects.
