`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53 and the Order
`
`entered July 3, 2013, Paper No. 28, Patent Owner Achates Reference Publishing,
`
`Inc. will take the cross-examination deposition of Petitioner’s declarant, Bruce
`
`Schneier, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on August 20,2013 for up to seven (7) hours, and
`
`continuing at 8:00 a.m. on August 21, 2013 for up to seven (7) hours, at the offices
`
`of Patterson Thuente Pedersen, P.A., 80 South Eighth Street, Suite 4800,
`
`Minneapolis, MN 55402. Any re-direct examination and re-cross examination
`
`pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(c)(2) will occur following the conclusion of cross-
`
`examination on August 21, 2013.
`
`The deposition will be taken before an official authorized to administer oaths
`
`and will be recorded by stenographic means and by videotape. In accordance with
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and have agreed on this time
`
`and place for Mr. Schneier’s deposition.
`
`In addition to lead and backup counsel, the deposition will be attended by
`
