`On April 25, 2013, the Board instituted an inter partes review (Paper
`8 (“Decision”) of U.S Patent D617,465 (Ex. 1002). The Decision ordered
`that an initial conference call with the Board was scheduled for 2:00 PM ET
`on May 20, 2013. Decision 23.
`On May 30, 2013 at 2:00 PM ET, a telephone conference call was
`attempted by the Board. Several representatives for petitioners were present.
`Counsel for patent owner did not join the call.
`It is:
`ORDERED that the initial conference call with the Board is
`rescheduled for 2:00 PM ET on June 6, 2013. Counsel for patent owner
`should come prepared to discuss the reasons for not joining the originally
`scheduled call and for not providing notice to petitioners and the Board that
`a representative would not appear.
