`Be it known that I, Nouri E. Hakim, have invented a new, original, and ornamental design for a

`DRINKING CUP, of which the following is a specification.

`The present application is a continuation of US. Patent Application Serial No. 10/536,106 assigned
`
`a filing date under §37l of March 29, 2007 (pending), which is the national stage of PCT Patent
`
`Application Serial No. PCTfUSO3/24400 filed August 5, 2003, which claims the priority of US.
`
`Provisional Application Serial No. 60/400,669 filed August 5, 2002. The priority of all of those
`
`prior applications is claimed, all of which are fully incorporated herein by reference.
