`This submission is responsive to the Notice of Incomplete Petition issued on

`November 30, 2012 in the above-captioned Inter Partes Review proceeding.
`
`Petitioner, Chimei Innolux Corp., has submitted seven petitions over the past
`
`several weeks directed at 6 patents of Semiconductor Energy Laboratories (SEL).
`
`Of those petitions, five are directed to patents that indentify Robinson Intellectual
`
`Property Law Office, P.C. as the Attorneys of Record for SEL. However, two SEL
`
`patents list another law firm, Husch Blackwell LLP as the Attorneys of Record.
`
`The present filing was submitted and served upon the Robinson Intellectual
`
`Property Law Office, P.C., instead of Husch Blackwell LLP.
`
`The supplemental Certificate of Service attached herewith reflects the fact
`
`that Husch Blackwell LLP has been served with the Petition and accompanying
`
`materials submitted in this proceeding. While it is believed that the Patent Owner
`
`was nevertheless served with the initial filing (through their other law firm), this
`
`paper is submitted to rectify the outstanding procedural requirement.
