`deposition of Petitioner Innolux Corporation’s expert, Dr. Jerzy Kanicki, upon

`oral examination. The deposition will be taken at the office of Jeffer Mangels

`Butler & Mitchell LLP, located at 3 Park Plaza, Suite 1100, Irvine, California
`
`92614. The deposition will begin on June 25, 2013, at 9:00 PST. The deposition
`
`will be recorded by stenographic means by a court reporter licensed to administer
`
`oaths and may also be recorded by Videotape.

`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. §

`42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and have agreed upon this time and place

`for the deposition of Dr. Kanicki.
