`I am an experienced litigation attorney, with experience in numerous

`litigations involving patent infringement in District Courts across the county,
`
`including experience in trials, Markman hearings, and Federal Circuit oral
`
`arguments in patent litigation.

`I am lead counsel for Petitioner ABB Inc. in a co-pending litigation
`
`(ROY-G-BIV Corp. v. ABB, Ltd. et al., Case No. 6:11 -cv-00622-LED (E.D.Tex.))

`in which U.S. Patents 6,513,058, 6,516,236, 6,941,543, and 8,073,557 are asserted
`
`against ABB Inc. I have been lead trial counsel in that litigation since December 9,
`
`10.
`
`I am familiar with the subject matter of this litigation, including ABB
`
`Inc.'s defenses as well as claim construction issues that that have been briefed in
`
`this litigation. Petitioner ABB Inc. has raised some of the same
`
`invalidity/patentability arguments as in this petition.
