`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioner MicroStrategy Inc. (“MicroStrate-
`
`gy”), by and through its attorneys will conduct cross-examination by deposition of
`
`Dr. John Kilpatrick. Dr. Kilpatrick's deposition will take place commencing at
`
`9:30 AM PDT on August 6, 2013, at Perkins Coie’s offices in Seattle (1201 Third
`
`Avenue, Suite 4900, Seattle, Washington 98101), or at such other time and place to
`
`which the parties may agree or which may be ordered by the Board.
`
`The cross-examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded using audiotape and/or
`
`by stenographic means. The arrangement for the reporter will be made by counsel
`
`
`
