`In a conference call today between the Board and counsel for each party to discuss

`patent owner’s request for an additional page, the Board denied patent owner’s request.
`
`Instead, the Board required petitioner to use double spacing in its footnotes and to include
`
`counsel’s signature block within the fifteen pages permitted for its Opposition. The Board
`
`offered petitioner the opportunity to refile its opposition brief by deleting text, without any
`
`additions at all, by Tuesday, November 26. Petitioner agreed to do so. The Board also
`
`extended patent owner’s date for its reply brief, Due Date 6, to Wednesday, November 27,
`
`2013.
