`On May 9, 2014, Petitioner, LKQ Corporation, and Patent Owner,

`Clearlamp, LLC (“Clearlamp”), (collectively the “Parties”) filed a “Joint
`
`Motion for Preservation of the Record Pending Appeal or, Alternatively,
`
`Motion to Expunge Under Rule 42.56.” Paper 75. On May 28, 2014,
`
`pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a), Clearlamp filed a Notice of Appeal to the
`
`United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (“Federal Circuit”).

`ORDERED that the Parties’ Joint Motion for Preservation of the

`Record Pending Appeal is granted;

`FURTHER ORDERED that the alternative Motion to Expunge Under

`FURTHER ORDERED that the Parties should notify the Board when
`
`the Appeal to the Federal Circuit has been resolved.
