`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10, and responsive to the Order in Paper No. 07
`
`in Case IPR2013-00020, Petitioner submits this motion for Heather Boice to
`
`appear pro hac vice in Case IPR2013-00020. In accordance with the Order in
`
`Paper No. 07 in this proceeding, this motion is accompanied by a declaration by
`
`Heather Boice. (Boice Decl., Ex. 1016). There is good cause for the Patent Trial
`
`and Appeal Board to recognize Ms. Boice pro hac vice during this proceeding.
`
`Ms. Boice is an experienced litigating attorney, and is counsel for LKQ in
`
`litigation between the Petitioner and the Patent Owner in Case No. 1:12-cv-02533
`
`in the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, and as such has an established
`
`familiarity with the subject matter at issue in this proceeding. (See, Boice Decl.,
`
`Ex. 1016, ¶ 9). Ms. Boice has previously represented Petitioner in several other
`
`proceedings. (Id.). Ms. Boice has also counseled Petitioner on intellectual
`
`property issues related to its business for several years. (Id.).
