`Petitioner LKQ Corporation submits this Notice of Supplemental Evidence
`
`in Response to “CLEARLAMP, LLC.’S Objections To Petitioner’s Reply To
`
`Patent Owner’s Response And Exhibits 1017-1028” dated October 7, 2013. In
`
`response to Clearlamp’s objections, LKQ submits Exhibits 1029 to 1032 as
`
`supplemental evidence pursuant to 37 C.F. R. § 42.64(b)(2). LKQ further submits
`
`herewith its Second Updated Exhibit List pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.63(e).
`
`Section 42.64(b)(1) requires that evidentiary objections “must identify the
`
` grounds for the objection with sufficient particularity to allow correction in the
`
`form of supplemental evidence.” 37 C.F.R. § 42.61(b)(1), 77 Fed. Reg. 48676
`
`(Aug. 14, 2012). Many of Clearlamp’s objections contain only conclusory
`
`references to the Federal Rules of Evidence and thus do not provide the required
`
`particularity. LKQ thus reserves all rights to respond to any further explanations
`
`Clearlamp is allowed to provide regarding its evidentiary objections.
