`TEST METHOD: With the sample at room temperature, 66-80°F (23 i 4°C), and with soft cotton cloth
`(6 inches square, folded In quarters), the cloth was saturated in a container with two ounces of Tar
`Remover fluid. After the cloth was removed from the test fluid and stopped dripping no later than 5
