`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10, Petitioner submits this motion to designate
`
`back-up counsel.
`
`Petitioner has previously appointed K&L Gates LLP, Practitioners
`
`associated with Customer Number 24573, as its attorneys. (See, Casini Power of
`
`Attorney filed October 15, 2012, Paper 2). In the “Petition for Inter Partes Review
`
`of U.S. Patent No. 7,297,364” filed October 15, 2012 (Paper 1), Petitioners
`
`designated Alan L. Barry of K&L Gates LLP as lead counsel and Heather A. Boice
`
`as back-up counsel. On April 1, 2013, Ms. Boice ended her membership at K&L
`
`Gates LLP and ceased representing Petitioner. Accordingly, please revoke Ms.
`
`Boice’s designation as back-up counsel for Petitioner.
`
`Petitioner hereby designates as back-up counsel Jason A. Engel of K&L
`
`Gates LLP (U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Registration No. 51,654; telephone
`
`number 312-807-4236; electronic mail address jason.engel@klgates.com; facsimile
`
