`Benjamin Warlick is a senior associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s
`Intellectual Property Group. His practice focuses on patent litigation. Mr. Warlick’s experience spans
`several technologies, including financial data compression, mobile device operating systems, broadband
`wireless, and data transmission over cable TV lines.
`Mr. Warlick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, with highest distinction,
`from the University of Virginia. He received his Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from
`University of California - Berkeley, where his area of concentration was digital circuits. He received his
`J.D., from New York University. While in law school, Mr. Warlick served as the Executive Editor of the
`Journal of Law & Business.
