`On October 3, 2013, the Board conducted a telephone conference with the

`parties to discuss, among other things, Patent Owner's request to file supplemental
`
`information. On October 8, 2013, the Board issued an Order "that by October 11,
`
`2013, Patent Owner shall supplement the record with the District Court's claim
`
`construction order and accompanying memorandum, the parties' agreed
`
`constructions in the district court litigation, and the district court's Order Staying
`
`Litigation." Order (IPR2013-00007, Paper No. 31), at 6.
