`Patent Owner, Mentor Graphics Corporation, notified Board supervisory

`trial clerk Maria Vignone on 27 December 2012 that the Petition filed

`September 26, 2012, does not comply with Rule 42.6(a)(2)(iii) in that it uses
`
`1.5 spacing instead of double spacing in the text. The preliminary response by
`
`Patent Owner is due to be filed on 28 December 2012. Under these particular
`

`circumstances, we grant both Petitioner and Patent Owner a limited waiver of this
`
`rule. Patent Owner’s preliminary response may use 1.5 spacing instead of double
`
`spacing. All future filings in this case, by both parties, shall comply with all
`
`portions of 37 CFR § 42.6.

`Upon consideration of the record, it is

`ORDERED that Patent Owner may file its preliminary response using
`
`1.5 spacing instead of double spacing as required by 37 CFR § 42.6(a)(2)(iii).
