` telephone conference call was held on November 1, 2012 involving
`attorney John D. Vandenberg, Esq. for the Petitioner, corporate officers
`Wendy Yair and Leonid Goldstein for the Patent Owner, and Administrative
`Patent Judges Sally C. Medley, Scott R. Boalick, and Thomas L. Giannetti.

`The parties were reminded of the importance of meeting their time
`deadlines in the proceeding inasmuch as the Board is subject to statutory
`deadlines for determining whether a trial should be instituted and for
`completion of the trial.
`The Petitioner advised the Administrative Patent Judges that they
`intend to file a petition directed to two additional patent claims and seek
`joinder of any trials resulting from the current petition and the new petition.
`As part of a proposed stipulation the Patent Owner would waive filing of
`preliminary responses to the petitions and the parties would request a stay of
`their infringement litigation pending in the Central District of California.
`The Patent Owner reported on the status of the search for counsel and
`requested additional time to complete the process.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is, therefore,
`ORDERED that the Patent Owner shall have an additional two weeks
`from the date of this order to select counsel and file a supplemental
`Mandatory Statement of Information identifying lead and backup counsel.
`
