`I, Mung Conway, declare as follows:

`I am over 18 years of age, a paralegal employed by Klarquist

`Sparkman, LLP, lead counsel for Petitioner Microsoft Corporation, and I make this

`declaration based on my own knowledge, personal experience, and belief. If called
`
`upon, I can competently testify to the facts stated in this declaration.

`This declaration is submitted as Exhibit 1023, in support of Microsoft
`
`Corporation’s Reply to Patent Owner’s Corrected Response.
`

`On Tuesday, July 9, 2013, and again on Monday, July 15, 2013, I
`
`utilized the internet search engines at www.google.com and www.bing.com to
`
`publically identify Dr. Konchitsky’s four-page CV that the Patent Owner submitted
`
`to the Board on May 21, 2013, marked as Exhibit 2003 (“Ex. 2003”).
`

`
`I entered the search terms “Alon Konchitsky,” “Konchitsky + CV,”
`
`“Konchitsky + consulting” and “Konchitsky resume.” This provided about 4,860
`
`results, 1,730 results, 654 results, and 686 results respectively.
`
`5.
`
`I reviewed the results and viewed CVs and profiles from eight
`
`different websites. None of the CVs from the eight websites match Ex. 2003.
`
`6.
`
`Finally, I viewed and downloaded Dr. Konchitsky’s six-page CV from
`
`his website at www.ip-consult.net, which was submitted as Exhibit 1022 on May
`
`29, 2013.
`
