`A telephone conference call in this proceeding was held on June 18,
`
`2013. The participants were John D. Vandenberg, Esq., for the Petitioner,
`
`Douglas A. Robinson, Esq., for the Patent Owner, and Administrative Patent
`
`Judges Sally C. Medley, Scott R. Boalick, and Thomas L. Giannetti.
`
`The conference was requested by the Patent Owner to discuss
`
`correction of certain papers filed in the proceeding.
`
`1. Patent Owner stated that in scanning the document submitted as Ex.
`
`2004 there were errors affecting certain pages. Patent Owner seeks leave to
`
`file a corrected version of this exhibit.
`
`2. Patent Owner seeks leave to file corrected versions of two
`
`additional papers submitted in the proceeding. Those are Patent Owner’s
`
`responsive opposition brief (paper 38) and motion to amend (paper 37).
`
`This is for the purpose of correcting typographical errors and providing
`
`citations to the corrected exhibit. No substantive changes are proposed.
`
`3. Petitioner has been provided with redlined versions of the corrected
`
`documents and does not oppose the proposed changes identified above.
`

`In view of the foregoing, it is hereby
`
`
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s request for authorization to file the

`corrected documents identified above is granted;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that no other submissions or corrections are

`authorized at this time;

`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall provide the Board
`
`with redlined versions of the corrected documents showing the changes.
`
`These redlined documents shall be sent by email to the Board’s email
`
`address appearing above.
