`Notice is hereby given, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a), that Petitioner
`
`Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”) hereby appeals to the United States Court of
`
`Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the Final Written Decision entered on
`
`February 19, 2014 (Paper 73) (the “Final Written Decision”).
`
`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a)(3)(ii), Microsoft further indicates
`
`that the issue on appeal is the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s decision that
`
`Microsoft did not establish by a preponderance of the evidence that claim 24 is
`
`unpatentable and the findings supporting that ruling including, without limitation,
`
`its interpretation of the claim language (in claim 22) “searching for data with the
`
`same digital digest in said network cache memory.”
`
`Simultaneous with this submission, a copy of this Notice of Appeal is being
`
`filed with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, three copies of this
`
`Notice of Appeal, along with the required docketing fees, are being filed with the
`
`Clerk’s Office for the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
