`challenge to U.S. Patent No. 6,757,717, Case No. 2012-00026 and Case No. 2013-

`00109. That proceeding has been designated Case IPR2013-00012. I have not
`
`applied to appear pro hac vice in any other proceedings before the Office in the
`
`last three years.

`I am familiar with the subject matter at issue in the present
`
`proceeding. This familiarity comes from my experience representing Microsoft in
`
`the related litigation, Proxyconn Inc. v. Microsoft Corporation, et al., Central
`
`District of California, Case No. SA CV11-1681 DOC (ANx) [Consolidated With
`
`Case Nos. SA CV11-1682 DOC (ANx), SA CV11-1683 DOC (ANx), and SA
`
`CV11-1684 DOC (ANx)]. This proceeding involves the same patent that was at
`
`issue in the litigation.
