`The Undersigned, Michaeir J. Sindoni Jr., hereby certh‘ies and on oath states as follows.

`1. My name is Michael J. Sindoni‘Jr. and I am a resident of 2078 Hardin Street, Delanson,
`NY, 12053.
`i am the sole inventor ofthe invention titled “Retractable bed ramps with
`platformfor a pickup truck” (hereinafter ”the invention”).
`2. A similar patent application was filed with the U.5. Patent and Trademark Office under
`the application number 14/209,123 to Deyan Ninov et al., filed March 13', 2014 and
`titled “Adjustable loading ramp system for a vehicle” (hereinafter “the Chrysler
`application”). A true and correct copy of the Chrysler application, obtained from the
`U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, is attached hereto.
`3, The invention supported a patent applicationfiled withthe US, Patent and Trademark
`. Office under the application number 14/83.4,548,.fiied August 25, 2015 and titled,
`“Retractable bed ramps with platform fer a pickup truck” (hereinafter “the Sindoni
`application). A true and correct copy ofthe Sindoni application, obtained from the U.S.
`Patent and Trademark Office, is attached hereto
`4. A relevant federal statute, entitled the “Leahy-Smith America invents Technical
`Corrections” was signed into law on January 14, 2013 (Public Law 112-274). A true and
`correct copy 'of said statute is attached hereto.
`i conceived and developed the invention no later than July 2013. As early as January
`2014, i had contemplated manufacturing his invention and wanted to continue
`development of my invention with production and Ndistribution I sought out reputable
`manufacturers who might begin production under license, but could not find a suitable
`manufacturer at first.

`l granted Power of Attorney to Attorney Robert W. Gray regarding the invention upon
`the filing ofthe Sindoni application. A true and correct copy of the document granting
`Power of Attorney is attached hereto
`7. Details of the invention were communicated to FCA US LLC by me more than a year
`befo‘re FCA US LLC filed the Chrysler application and more than two years before the
`Sindoni application was filed.
