`The main screen is the first page of Deal Station 2000 that will
`appear after login. The Main page shows the current rates, which
`indicates the prices at which the Deal Desk is ready to deal. Forex
`news is an intraday streaming newscast that covers economic
`indicators, fundamental and technical analysis, and other relevant
`forex-related topics. The Open Orders box shows all pending
`orders, including Stop, Limit, OCO, If Done and IBS orders and
`their Buy or Sell operations. The “open trades” window contains
`information on every open position that one is holding. The
`information of each trade is presented on a separate line. In
`addition to the usual necessary information there are several new
`categories introduced, including commission, interest, P/L, and

`$P/L. The P/L, or profit and loss, category shows the number of
`pips the trade is currently down or up. If the trade is down, a
`minus sign will precede the number. The $ P/L records the total
`amount of U.S. dollar the trade is up or down with interest and
`commissions included in the calculations. Interest reflects the
`total amount of U.S. dollars the account has been charged or
`accumulated over the entire time the position has been held.
`Commissions reflect only the amount charged to open the
`position. The information provided on the “open trades” windows
`enables one to view all the relevant information regarding open
`trades at a glance.

`
`The second page of Deal Station 2000 allows traders to deal via
`the Deal Desk or trade directly with one another. Deal Station
`2000 enables traders to both provide market quotations to one
`another and deal on those quotations. If a trader wants to offer a
`currency at a certain exchange rate other than the rate at which
`the deal desk is currently prepared to deal, the trader can submit
`an IBS order. That order will immediately be posted and available
`to all traders currently using the system. This system is expected
`to narrow the spread as traders compete among each other to
`make trades.
