`On December 3, 2018, the Board issued a Scheduling Order (Paper 9) in this
`
`proceeding. Petitioner Apple, Inc. (“Petitioner”) and Patent Owner Universal Secure
`
`Registry, LLC (“Patent Owner”) conferred and jointly agreed to modify DUE DATE
`
`4 by two days (from July 17, 2019 to July 19, 2019) to match the date in two related
`
`proceedings, IPR2018-00812 and CBM2018-00024 (which are scheduled for oral
`
`argument on the same day as this proceeding).
`
`Because the proposed modifications included a change to the deadline to
`
`request oral argument (part of DUE DATE 4), which required Board approval to
`
`modify, the parties contacted the Board via e-mail on January 30, 2019, to seek
`
`authorization for the modifications to the schedule. The Board provided its
`
`authorization via e-mail on January 31, 2019.
`
`Accordingly, as authorized by the Board, the parties hereby stipulate to, and
`
`jointly request entry of, the following adjustment to the schedule, which modifies
`
`only DUE DATE 4:
