`I, AARON M COHEN, DECLARE AS FOLLOWS:

`1. I provided a declaration that was filed in the above-captioned covered
`
`business method review proceeding, which I executed on August 26, 2015. I will
`
`refer to this declaration as my “August 26, 2015 Declaration.”
`
`2. My August 26, 2015 Declaration was filed as Exhibit 1009 in the above-
`
`captioned covered business method review proceeding.
`
`3. In paragraph 3 of my August 26, 2015 Declaration, I declared: “I certify
`
`that ‘2014.05. 19 - 1003 — TSE’ is, to the best of my knowledge, a true and accurate
`
`translation from Japanese to English.”
`
`4. “2014.05.19 - 1003 — TSE” was the file name of the English-language
`
`translation of “Futures/Option Purchasing System — Trading Terminal Operation
`
`Guide,” which I prepared and forwarded to Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox,
`
`P.L.L.C. I have reviewed the English-language translation that was filed as Exhibit
`
`1008 in the above-captioned covered business method review proceeding. I
`
`confirm that Exhibit 1008 is a copy of the English-language translation of
`
`“Futures/Option Purchasing System — Trading Terminal Operation Guide” that I
`
`prepared (and previously named “20l4.05. 19 - 1003 — TSE”).
`
`5. The Japanese-language version of “Futures/Option Purchasing System —
`
`Trading Terminal Operation Guide” was filed as Exhibit 1007 in the above-
`
`captioned covered business method review proceeding.
`
`6. When I declared that “‘2014.05.19 - 1003 — TSE’ is, to the best of my
`
`knowledge, a true and accurate translation from Japanese to English” in my
`
`August 26, 2015 Declaration, I meant that the English-language translation of
`
`
`

`“Futures/Option Purchasing System — Trading Terminal Operation Guide” (filed as

`Exhibit 1008) is, to the best of my knowledge, a true and accurate translation from

`Purchasing System — Trading Terminal Operation Guide” (filed as Exhibit 1007).
`
`7. I hereby declare that all statements made herein of my own knowledge are
`
`true and that all statements made on infonnation and belief are believed to be true;
`
`and further that these statements were made with the knowledge that willful false
`
`statements and the like so made are punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both,
`
`under Section 1001 of Title 18 of the United States Code.
