`Petitioners and Patent Owner jointly request that the Board waive Rule 42.70’s requirement that the
`parties serve demonstratives at least seven business days before the hearing, which is December 27,
`2016, because January 2, 2017, is a government holiday. The parties request that the Board allow
`service of demonstratives on December 29, 2016. The parties believe there is good cause for the
`Board to grant this request, given the relatively short time period until the hearing and the
`intervening holidays.
