`Patent Owner filed and served a motion to exclude evidence on December 13, 2016 in the above-
`identified proceeding. Petitioners responded to this motion on December 20, 2016. However,
`Patent Owner’s motion did not actually appear on the docket despite being uploaded, submitted,
`and having an entry in the “View All Motions” portion of E2E. Patent Owner also received a filing
`receipt (attached).
`
`Patent Owner contacted the docketing clerk regarding this anomaly who explained that there was
`likely an error during the document upload but that a glitch in the system permitted the entry to be
`created, which appears as a successful document upload. To remedy this, the clerk suggested
`refiling the actual document using the same motion entry and contacting your Honors to explain this
`system glitch. Accordingly, Patent Owner respectfully requests entry of this paper onto the docket.
`Patent Owner is available for a teleconference to discuss this procedure if necessary.
