`On October 13, 2015, Intralinks, Inc. (“Intralinks”) filed a Petition for
`
`Covered Business Method Review of US. Patent No. 6,918,082 (the “’082 patent”)
`
`under 35 U.S.C. §§ 231 and 18. Intralinks and Patent Owner Lone Star Document
`
`Management, LLC (“Lone Star”) have settled their dispute and file a joint motion
`
`to dismiss and a copy of the settlement agreement herewith. Petitioner hereby
`
`requests a total refund of $21,300 for the Post-Institution Fee under 37 C.F.R.
`
`§42.15(a)(5) ($18,000) and Post-Institution Claim Fees under 37 C.F.R.
`
`§42.15(a)(4) for 6 claims ($3,300) submitted with the filing of the Petition.
`
`Payment of the $21,300 Post-Institution Fees was processed through PRPS
`
`on October 13, 2015, and charged to the undersigned’s Deposit Account No.
`
`03-1952. Upon review and approval of this request, Petitioner respectfully
`
`requests that the Board credit the Post-Institution Fee to our Deposit Account No.
`
`03-1952.
