`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 142 and 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a), Petitioners IBG LLC;

`Tradestation Technologies, Inc.; and IBFX Inc.(“Petitioners”) give notice that

`Petitioners appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
`
`from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s (“Board”) Final Written Decision
`
`entered on February 28, 2017 (Paper 129), and from all underlying orders,
`
`decisions, rulings, and opinions.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a)(3)(ii), the issues on appeal include, but are
`
`not limited to (1) whether the Board erred in finding that claims 29, 39, and 49 of
`
`U.S. Patent No. 6,772,132 are not unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103, (2) whether
`
`the Board erred in not finding that claims 1-56 are patent ineligible under 35
`
`U.S.C. § 101, (3) the Board’s claim constructions or failure to construe any terms,
`
`and (4) any findings or determinations supporting or related to the aforementioned
`
`issues, as well as all other issues decided adversely to Petitioners in any order,
`
`decision, ruling, or opinions.
`
`A copy of this Notice of Appeal is simultaneously being filed electronically
`
`with the Board. In addition, a copy of this Notice of Appeal, along with the
`
`required docketing fees and a copy of the Board’s Final Written Decision are being
`
`electronically filed with the Clerk’s Office for the United States Court of Appeals
`
`for the Federal Circuit.
