`THIS MATTER is before the Court upon Plaintiff/Counterclaim
`Defendant Tradestation Technologies, Inc.’s Motion To Stay (DE 39).
`The Court has carefully reviewed said Motion, the entire court file
`and is otherwise fully advised in the premises.
`By the instant Motion (DE 39), Plaintiff/Counterclaim
`Defendant Tradestation Technologies, Inc. requests that the Court
`enter a stay in the above-styled cause pending a final disposition
`by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of pending petitions for
`Patent Covered Business Method Reviews related to the counterclaims
`asserted in the above-styled cause. The Court finds that the entry
`of a stay would be in the best interest of judicial economy.
`Accordingly, after due consideration, it is

`ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
`1. Plaintiff/Counterclaim Defendant Tradestation Technologies,
`Inc.’s Motion To Stay (DE 39) be and the same is hereby GRANTED;
`2. The above-styled cause be and the same is hereby STAYED;
`3. The Clerk of the United States District Court for the
`Southern District of Florida is hereby DIRECTED to mark the above-
`styled action closed for statistical purposes;
`4. The Parties are hereby DIRECTED to notify the Court
`immediately upon any resolution in the above-styled cause;
`5. This Order shall not prejudice the rights of either party
`to this litigation; and
`6. Within five (5) days of the decision by the Patent Trial
`and Appeal Board regarding the pending petitions for Patent Covered
`Business Method Reviews the Parties shall file a Joint Status
`Report as to the above-styled cause.
