`PATENT OWNER’S REQUEST FOR ORAL HEARING

`Pursuant to the Board’s Scheduling Order entered November 10, 2015
`
`(Paper 8), Patent Owner requests that it be granted an oral hearing on the currently
`
`scheduled date of July 18, 2016 to present oral argument on any issues that have
`
`not been decided by that date that relate to the claims under review, including the
`
`Petition, Patent Owner’s Response, Petitioner’s Reply, and Motions to Exclude
`
`Evidence. Patent Owner requests that it be allowed to address at least the issue of
`
`whether the claims are statutory and the issue of whether the statutory basis of the
`
`claims can be re-reviewed given that it has already been decided.
`
`Patent Owner requests it be provided a time equal to the combined time
`
`provided to the Petitioners in the related July 18, 2016 CBM hearings in
`
`CBM2015-00123 (Patent 8,033,458), CBM2015-00124 (Patent 7,942,317),
`
`CBM2015-00127 (Patent 7,334,720), CBM2015-00126 (Patent 8,118,221),
`
`CBM2015-00130 (Patent 8,118,221), CBM2015-00131 (Patent 8,061,598), and
`
`CBM2015-00133 (Patent 8,336,772) and Patent Owner suggests that Petitioners be
`
`provided a combined total of two hours and that Patent Owner likewise be
`
`provided two hours.
`
`Finally, Patent Owner requests that the July 18, 2016 hearing be scheduled
`
`in the PTAB’s large hearing room, given the number of parties and anticipated
`
`number of counsel and client representatives attending.
