`A teleconference was held in these cases on May 4, 2015, among
`
`respective counsel for Petitioner Apple, Inc. (“Apple”), Petitioner Samsung
`
`Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Samsung”),
`
`Patent Owner Smartflash LLC (“Smartflash”), and Judges Elluru, Bisk,
`
`Anderson, and Chen. A court reporter transcribed the teleconference at the
`
`request of Smartflash.
`

`Apple requested the call to discuss scheduling in CBM2015-00117,
`
`CBM2015-00118, CBM2015-00119, and CBM2015-00120, in which cases
`
`Apple requested consolidation pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 325(c) with
`
`CBM2014-00194, CBM2014-00190, CBM2014-00192, and CBM2014-
`
`00193, respectively. Samsung stated that it will not oppose Apple’s
`
`consolidation request.

`ORDERED that the due date for the Smartflash’s Preliminary
`
`Responses in CBM2015-00117, CBM2015-00118, CBM2016-00119, and
`
`CBM2015-00120 is June 1, 2015;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that the due dates for Smartflash’s Opposition
`
`to Apple’s motion pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 325(c), if any, is June 1, 2015,
`
`and Apple’s reply in support of its motion is June 8, 2015; and
`
`
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Smartflash shall file the transcript of the
`
`present teleconference each of the eight cases identified above.
