`(collectively “Petitioner”), and Patent Owner Maxim Integrated Products, Inc.

`(collectively “the Parties”), by and through their counsel of record, stipulate as

`follows:

`1. On September 22, 2015, October 2, 2015, and October 7, 2015,
`
`respectively, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board issued a Case Management and
`
`Scheduling Order ( “Scheduling Orders”) in each of the three related Covered
`
`Business Method Patent Reviews of Patent Nos. 5,940,510 (Case CBM2015-
`
`00098), 6,104,013 (Case CBM2015-00101) and 6,237,095 (Case CBM2015-
`
`00102), respectively. Each of these three Scheduling Orders sets the same “due
`
`dates for the parties to take action after institution” in these three related cases.
`

`Each Scheduling Order states “parties may stipulate to different dates
`
`for DUE DATES 1 through 5 (earlier or later, but no later than DUE DATE 6).”
`

`The Parties have stipulated to different dates for DUE DATES 1 and 2
`
`in these three cases. The following table provides the stipulated date modifications:
