`subject matter at issue in this proceeding. I have extensive experience litigating

`patent infringement actions in many different District Court cases.

`familiar with U.S. Patent No. 7,603,674 (“the ’674 patent”) and issues involved in
`
`this case.

`I have represented Hewlett—Packard against YYZ in the related proceeding
`
`YYZ, LLC v. Hewlett-Packard C0,, No. 1:13-cv-00136-SLR (D. Del.) since January
`
`2013, where YYZ has asserted the ’674 patent against Hewlett—Packard. As counsel
`
`in the District Court litigation, I have, among other things, been heavily involved
`
`with analyzing validity of the ’674 patent.
`
