`January 6, 2016 to present oral arguments on any issues that have not been decided
`
`by that date that relate to the claims under review, including the Petition, Patent
`
`Owner’s Response, Petitioner’s Reply, and Motions to Exclude Evidence. Patent
`
`Owner requests that it be allowed to address at least the issue of whether the claims
`
`are statutory and the issue of whether the statutory basis of the claims can be re-
`
`reviewed given that it has already been decided. Patent Owner requests it be
`
`provided a time equal to the combined time provided to the Petitioners in
`
`CBM2014-00190 (Patent 7,334,720), CBM2015-00028 (Patent 7,334,720),
`
`CBM2015-00029 (Patent 7,334,720), CBM2015-00031 (Patent 8,336,772),
`
`CBM2015-00032 (Patent 8,336,772), and CBM2015-00033 (Patent 8,336,772),
`
`and Patent Owner suggests that Petitioners be provided a combined total of 90
`
`minutes and that Patent Owner likewise be provided 90 minutes.
