`In response to an email from the parties to Trials@uspto.gov , the

`panel granted the following authorization via email, dated June 16, 2015, to
`counsel.
`Patent Owner’s request for a one-day extension to serve its objections
`upon Petitioner is granted. We note that Patent Owner also must file its
`objections with the Board. Petitioner agrees that it will not object to Patent
`Owner’s objections as untimely. Petitioner’s due date to file supplemental
`evidence in response is determined from the day Patent Owner served its
`objections upon Petitioner. Patent Owner represents that it does not object
`to this date.
