`Owner requests that it be granted an oral hearing on the currently scheduled date of

`November 9, 2015 to present oral arguments on any issues that have not been
`
`decided by that date that relate to the claims under review, including the Petition,
`
`Patent Owner’s Response, Petitioner’s Reply, and Motions to Exclude Evidence.
`
`Patent Owner requests that it be allowed to address at least the issue of whether the
`
`claims are statutory and the issue of whether the statutory basis of the claims can
`
`be re-reviewed given that it has already been decided. Patent Owner requests it be
`
`provided a time equal to the combined time provided to the Petitioners in
`
`CBM2014-00192, CBM2015-00016 (Patent 8,033,458), CBM2014-00193,
`
`CBM2015-00017 (Patent 8,061,598), CBM2014-00194, CBM2014-00199,
`
`CBM2015-00015 (Patent 8,118,221), and CBM2015-00018 (Patent 7,942,317),

`and Patent Owner suggests that Petitioners be provided a combined total of three

`hours and that Patent Owner likewise be provided three hours.
