`On February 17, 2017, Petitioner filed a Supplemental Mandatory
`Notice designating Gabrielle E. Higgins, a registered practitioner, as lead
`counsel and James R. Batchelder as back-up counsel. Paper 61.2
`Concurrent with that filing, and pursuant to our authorization issued via
`email on February 15, 2017, Petitioner filed a motion to withdraw Mr. J.
`Steven Baughman, Ms. Megan F. Raymond, and Ms. Lauren N. Robinson as
`counsel in this proceeding. Paper 60 (“Mot.”), 1. Petitioner represents that
`Patent Owner does not oppose the Motion. Mot. 2. Petitioner’s Motion is
`granted.

`
`Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw Counsel is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. J. Steven Baughman, Ms. Megan F.
`Raymond, and Ms. Lauren N. Robinson are permitted to withdraw as
`counsel in this proceeding; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Gabrielle E. Higgins is recognized as
`lead counsel for Petitioner in this proceeding.
