`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e) and the Board’s email authorizing this

`motion, Petitioner hereby moves to withdraw Mr. J. Steven Baughman, Ms. Megan
`
`F. Raymond and Ms. Lauren N. Robinson as backup counsel in the above-
`
`captionecl proceeding.
`
`The Power of Attorney in this case covers only practitioners of Ropes &
`
`Gray. Mr. Baughman and Ms. Robinson are no longer affiliated with Ropes &
`
`
`
`Case CBM2015-00016
`
`Patent No. 8,033,458
`
`Gray, and Ms. Raymond will no longer be affiliated with Ropes & Gray as of
`
`February 20, 2017. Mr. Baughman and Ms. Robinson’s current firm has not been
`
`retained in this matter. Consistent with the Power of Attorney previously filed,
`
`Petitioner is concurrently filing an updated mandatory notice reflecting the role of
`
`Ms. Gabrielle Higgins (now as lead counsel), and the continued role of Mr. James
`
`Batchelder (backup counsel). These individuals are affiliated with Ropes & Gray,
`
`and the previously-filed Power of Attorney is not revoked. Petitioner represents
`
`that it does not contemplate any change to any schedule in this matter based on this
`
`motion. Petitioner represents that it has consulted with Patent Owner, and
`
`understands that Patent Owner does not oppose this motion.
