`currently scheduled date of June 9, 2015 to present oral arguments on any issues

`that have not been decided by that date that relate to the claims under review,
`
`including the Petition, Patent Owner’s Response, Petitioner’s Reply, and Motions
`
`to Strike and Exclude Evidence. Patent Owner requests that it be allowed to at
`
`least address the issues of claim construction and the patentability of the claims
`
`under review. Patent Owner requests that at least two hours per side be provided
`
`for oral argument in the related cases of CBM2014-00102, CBM2014-00106,
`
`CBM2014-00108, and CBM2014-00112.
