`Pursuant to the Board’s Scheduling Order dated March 26, 2014 (Paper No.

`21), and as discussed during the Initial Conference Call on April 15, 2014, the
`
`parties hereby agree and stipulate to amend the Scheduling Order in the above-
`
`identified proceeding, as follows:
`
`DUE DATE 1: July 18, 2014
`
`DUE DATE 2: September 18, 2014
`
`As discussed during the Conference Call, Patent Owner desires this
`
`Amendment to the Scheduling Order to allow it sufficient time to prepare its
`
`Response Brief in light of the Supreme Court’s anticipated decision in CLS Bank v.
`
`Alice (Docket No. 13-298), and Petitioner does not oppose the Amendment.1 All
`
`other dates remain unchanged.
`
`In conjunction with their stipulation to amend the Scheduling Order as set
`
`forth above, the parties further agree and stipulate that Patent Owner will not file
`
`any fact or expert declarations in support of its remaining brief in this proceeding,
`
`and that Patent Owner will not file a motion to amend the patent.
`
`1 By agreeing to this stipulation, Petitioner in no way concedes that the Supreme
`Court’s pending decision in CLS Bank v. Alice (Docket No. 13-298) will
`necessarily have any bearing on the Board’s final written decision in this case.
