`In advance of the initial conference call with the Board scheduled for April
`
`15, 2014, the parties jointly submit this notice regarding proposed changes to the
`
`Scheduling Order and any motions the parties anticipate filing during the trial.
`
`Regarding proposed changes to the Scheduling Order, the parties are
`
`currently negotiating a joint stipulation to extend Due Dates 1 and 2 by
`
`approximately 7 weeks. Patent Owner desires this amendment to the Scheduling
`
`Order to allow it sufficient time to prepare its response brief in light of the
`
`Supreme Court’s anticipated decision in CLS Bank v. Alice (Docket No. 13-298).
`
`The parties will be prepared to discuss the current status of those negotiations
`
`during the initial conference call.
`
`At this time, neither party anticipates filing any motions during the trial.
`
