`and CASH REGISTER SALES &
`SERVICE OF HOUSTON, INC.
`
`Having considered the parties’ supplemental claim construction briefs for “transmitting ...
`
`to a web page,” the Court construes the term as set forth below.
`
`“Transmitting ... to a web page” is defined to mean “causing the transmitted information to
`
`be reflected on a web page.” The Court finds support for this definition in the intrinsic record, where
`
`the patentee used the term “[is] reflected instantaneously on ... a web page” to describe the
`
`transmission of information to a web page. ‘850 Patent, 4:21-23.
`
`Within the disputed term, the parties also disagreed as to the meaning of “web page.” The
`
`Court defines “web page” as “a document, with associated files for graphics, scripts, and other
`
`resources, accessible over the internet and viewable in a conventional web browser.”
