`
`On October 3, 2013, a conference call was held involving counsel for the
`
`respective parties and Judges Blankenship, Medley and Turner. The purpose of the
`
`call was to inquire why the Patent Owner has not filed its mandatory notices in
`
`compliance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.8, which are past due for the proceedings. Mr.
`
`Chambers indicated that he would be lead counsel for Patent Owner in the three
`
`proceedings. Mr. Chambers indicated that Patent Owner would comply and file the
`
`mandatory notices shortly. Patent Owner has until Monday, October 7, 2013 to file
`
`its mandatory notices. As further discussed, the time for filing an opposition to any
`
`of Petitioner’s motions for pro hac vice is also due at that time.
`
`It is
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner shall, no later than October 7, 2013, file its
`
`mandatory notices in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.8;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that no filings on behalf of Patent Owner will be
`
`accepted by the Board until the required mandatory notices have been filed;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner’s oppositions to any of Petitioner’s
